ETIAS Ready helps you understand Europe's upcoming ETIAS travel authorization. This page explains, in full, what the app does and doesn't do with your information.
Everything ETIAS Ready stores lives only on your own device. There's no account, no sign-in, and no company server that your passport country or trip date ever pass through.
The app saves your chosen passport country, an optional trip date, and your appearance setting locally on your device using standard on-device storage. None of it is transmitted anywhere, backed up to a server, or visible to us in any form. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it immediately.
No account creation, login, or password of any kind. No data is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers. No server-side database of any kind — there's nowhere for a breach to happen.
ETIAS Ready shows ads through Google AdMob to stay free. AdMob and its partners may use advertising identifiers to show and measure ads, and, where you're asked and agree, to personalize them. You can decline personalized ads through your device's tracking permission prompt and still see ads and use every feature of the app.
If you turn on the trip reminder, a single local notification is scheduled directly on your device via iOS — no server is involved in sending it.
ETIAS Ready doesn't knowingly collect information from children, and since the app collects no personal data beyond what's described above (stored locally, never transmitted), there's no server-side data to be concerned about regardless of a user's age.
If what the app collects or how it works changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised accordingly.
